Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with CTL leadership and faculty to implement and improve teaching and learning events and initiatives.
  • •Conduct research and develop evidence-based guidelines and resources for internal and external publication through the CTL public website.
  • •Coordinate events and engage external speakers and collaborators to support AI and teaching/learning dialogue.
  • •Support faculty and student development programs, including New Faculty Orientation, professional development, and peer observation, plus student-centered initiatives.
  • •Coordinate internal communications and help propose new initiatives and other duties as directed by the line manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education.
  • •Expertise in curriculum design, learning outcome assessment, and innovative pedagogical practices.
  • •Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
  • •High proficiency in verbal and written English and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in academia.
