Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and identify root causes of inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor, including visual merchandising placement and product flow.
  • •Work closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to maintain operations and support a safe work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 22.7kg.
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and continue moving throughout all areas of the store.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • •Availability to work schedules including weekends and public holidays (up to 5 days/week).
