Job Summary

Support day-to-day People Operations and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliant, efficient, and employee-centered delivery. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, manage I-9 and employment verification workflows, maintain HRIS data integrity, and administer handbook, benefits, and compliance training. Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate interviews, manage ATS records, and support recruiting/offboarding handoffs. Drive continuous improvement through reporting, automation, and process enhancements using HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires, including I-9 completion, employment verification, background check administration, and onboarding communications.
•Maintain employee records and onboarding workflows in HiBob and other People systems; support employee lifecycle events including status changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
•Administer People & Culture documentation and SharePoint resources; support handbook/policy acknowledgments, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and employee communications.
•Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including coordinating compliance training and maintaining HRIS accuracy for audits.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate onsite interviews, manage ATS candidate records, support offer documentation and background checks, and deliver recruiting/People Operations reporting and continuous improvement.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, or a related field.
•Experience supporting multiple areas of the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms (HiBob and Ashby preferred).
•Manage sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
