Lead data management COO activities within the CFO Data Management India team, partnering with tower leaders to drive priorities, business updates, and internal storytelling. Build and maintain management dashboards in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, and design automation to accelerate data acquisition, transformation, and reporting. Improve operational processes by identifying bottlenecks, and manage SharePoint design, intake workflows, governance, and document management using Microsoft 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Build business updates and internal dashboards aligned to organization priorities for each DM tower.
•Prepare management dashboards in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
•Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation for data acquisition, transformation, and reporting to reduce manual effort.
•Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational and reporting processes and implement automated solutions.
•Design, develop, and govern SharePoint pages/sites/tools, including intake forms, request portals, workflows, access management, and document management (version control, metadata, retention).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
•10+ years of experience.
•Strong expertise in SharePoint and advanced data analysis and visualization (Power Query, Tableau).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to business audiences.
•Highly proficient with MS Office, especially Excel for data handling and PowerPoint for report delivery.
