Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide process transformation, productivity, cost efficiency, and standardization, including automation and advanced analytics initiatives.
  • •Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering staff and drive a performance-driven organization.
  • •Analyze and improve manufacturing processes (workflows, layouts, labor utilization) using lean methods such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and A3 problem-solving.
  • •Lead multiple concurrent engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or related) and 8+ years of relevant manufacturing, engineering, or continuous improvement experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • •Demonstrated success in lean manufacturing, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and statistical analysis.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on project scope.
