Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line Coach brand ambassador. Build client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support daily store operations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Meet personal and store KPIs while completing inventory, visual merchandising, and cash wrap tasks with service standards.
