Key Responsibilities

•Develop and drive strategic client plans across key accounts within the mining sector
•Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leaders
•Provide insights into client priorities, challenges, and opportunities
•Coach teams to deepen relationships and broaden engagement across WSP
•Lead growth initiatives aligned to WSP’s strategic priorities

Key Requirements

•Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or communications
•5-10 years in business development, client strategy, or marketing within a professional services environment
•Proven ability to develop and implement client growth strategies
•Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
•Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate strategy into action
