•Directs and coordinates workers engaged in major maintenance tasks, including painting, repairs to masonry and woodwork, and maintenance of electrical, heating, and ventilation systems.
•Supervises workers installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical equipment and plant systems, and maintains buildings and facilities.
•Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards, ensuring quality and safety.
•Prepares work schedules and assigns tasks to subordinates, ensuring efficient maintenance operations.
•Interprets company policy and enforces practices; analyzes and resolves work problems or assists employees in solving issues.
