Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of AV systems integration projects.
  • •Ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day project activities using AVI-SPL Project Management processes and approved tools.
  • •Facilitate internal and external project kickoff meetings and manage project risks and issue resolution/escalation.
  • •Create and manage project schedules and budgets, provide status reporting, manage change orders, and gather close-out documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology or related industry.
  • •Proven project management and team leadership experience.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • •Effective communication and interaction skills.
  • •Knowledge of technical, contractual, and construction documents, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MSProject schedule software.
