Staff Services Project Manager

Lead end-to-end post-sales services projects, from defining new service offerings to building capability enablement and driving process improvements or digital transformations across the customer lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Services, Business Units, Manufacturing, IT, Product Management, and engineering groups. Own project goals, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, resourcing, status reporting, and change management to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer success metrics.
