Key Responsibilities

•Plan, manage, and execute project timelines and deliverables for Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service implementations.
•Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews) to ensure team alignment.
•Manage project scope, budget, resources, and proactively identify and address variances.
•Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and removing team blockers.
•Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts; coordinate cross-functional teams and support post-go-live hypercare.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in IT project/program management, including end-to-end delivery leadership.
•8+ years delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Field Service projects.
•Proven project planning, execution, and governance experience, including managing scope, budget, resources, and risks.
•Strong experience managing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
•Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project (or similar) and maintaining project documentation and governance artifacts.
