Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop validation boards including schematics and layout aligned to customer use cases and EVM closeness.
  • •Build, design, and document full validation plans based on device and system environment understanding.
  • •Define validation strategy across hardware, software, and instrumentation; create validation test cases.
  • •Bring devices on the bench and perform system-level and parametric testing with strong break-the-part mindset.
  • •Partner with design, firmware, and application teams to debug issues, implement FW workarounds, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience (8+ preferred).
  • •Experience in validation engineering of analog products.
  • •Demonstrated hardware debugging skills and the ability to define and execute validation plans.
  • •Expertise with tools such as Simplis, Matlab, Altium, PSPICE, LabView, and/or Python.
