Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and assemble high-performance superchargers and components to meet quantity and quality expectations while following safety and established quality systems.
  • •Maintain production records, complete daily tasks in compliance with work standards, and use work instructions for correct procedures.
  • •Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and manual/automatic gauging systems, performing checks to ensure machines run within specifications.
  • •Perform machine adjustments and changeovers (including tool insert changes) to keep parts within allowable tolerances.
  • •Comply with EHS practices and IATF16949 quality requirements, maintain a clean and organized work area, and identify/report equipment problems.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • •Working knowledge of production equipment and CNC machinery, including ability to run, set up, and change over equipment.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and/or in the future.
  • •Ability to lift parts up to 50 lbs frequently, including pushing and pulling of 50 lbs frequently.
  • •Ability to read and use measuring/inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators) and follow blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
