•Collaborate with customers and Cotera product teams to deploy AI agents in real-world environments.
•Manage customer relationships, set expectations, and communicate progress of AI deployments.
•Lead trainings and webinars to educate customers on AI agents and workflows.
•Draft AI thought pieces for Cotera’s marketing site to share learnings and impact.
•Engage in day-to-day activities that support GTM and operational challenges in client contexts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-3 years out of college (though more seasoned is also fine) and you’re looking to learn quickly.
•Familiar with AI tools such as Claude Code, Perplexity, CLI/MCP tools, and workflows (Zapier/n8n).
•Curious and motivated to explore a variety of roles to learn what you want to pursue long-term.
•Technically proficient; using AI tools to code up solutions is valued even if you don’t know how they work internally.
•Detail-oriented with a high standard for work; interested in founder-type roles and learning the ins and outs of running a B2B business.
