Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with customers and Cotera product teams to deploy AI agents in real-world environments.
  • •Manage customer relationships, set expectations, and communicate progress of AI deployments.
  • •Lead trainings and webinars to educate customers on AI agents and workflows.
  • •Draft AI thought pieces for Cotera’s marketing site to share learnings and impact.
  • •Engage in day-to-day activities that support GTM and operational challenges in client contexts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years out of college (though more seasoned is also fine) and you’re looking to learn quickly.
  • •Familiar with AI tools such as Claude Code, Perplexity, CLI/MCP tools, and workflows (Zapier/n8n).
  • •Curious and motivated to explore a variety of roles to learn what you want to pursue long-term.
  • •Technically proficient; using AI tools to code up solutions is valued even if you don’t know how they work internally.
  • •Detail-oriented with a high standard for work; interested in founder-type roles and learning the ins and outs of running a B2B business.
