Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Subject Matter Expert for regulatory processes and stay up to date with latest standards and regulations.
  • •Provide technical and regulatory guidance, including operational service delivery and process/project management support.
  • •Drive process improvement using data analysis, rework analysis, and audit findings; execute documentation and document control.
  • •Own and govern standards (SOPs, WIs, WoW, playbooks) to keep them clear, usable, current, and aligned across regions.
  • •Lead knowledge transfer by training, coaching, generating training content, and creating onboarding and training passports.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field.
  • •More than five years of relevant regulatory experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of applicable food and regulatory requirements, including FDA, CFIA, EU, Codex, and customer-specific standards.
  • •Experience translating complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance and processes.
  • •Experience in process standardization, documentation management, and continuous improvement.
