Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to contribute to UX decisions, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities while learning from guidance.
  • •Create and iterate on UX/UI deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, redesigns, and basic UI specs; validate through feedback, reviews, and usability insights.
  • •Translate complex workflows into clear, consistent user experiences by applying established patterns, accessibility practices, and design system components.
  • •Support product design from discovery through delivery across software and connected products, partnering closely with engineers to ensure quality implementation.
  • •Help improve experiences for customers and technical users (operators, installers, integrators, field technicians, and maintenance teams) by simplifying interactions and information.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of UX design experience (internships, co-ops, or equivalent project work welcome).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Ability to create high-quality, intuitive user experiences and connect digital interfaces with physical products, devices, and processes.
  • •Foundational UX practice experience including personas, journey mapping, information architecture, and task flows with end-to-end thinking.
  • •Experience creating wireframes and prototypes and contributing to visual design (e.g., in Figma or similar tools).
