  • •Ensure safety and compliance with safety legislation and approved codes of practice.
  • •Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations from receiving and storage through shipping, ensuring accurate packing/labeling and complete paperwork.
  • •Lead and organize the workforce, identifying training needs and conducting performance reviews.
  • •Review and refine working practices to maximize efficiency and productivity and drive continuous improvement.

  • •Manufacturing knowledge, including yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures.
  • •Knowledge of SAP, manufacturing software, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
