Head of Client Oversight and Governance, Northern Trust Asset Management, Global Institutional Client Group

Lead a newly created client oversight and governance function for Northern Trust Asset Management’s Global Institutional Client Group. Own lifecycle oversight for client onboarding/offboarding, operationalize client service workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client agreements. Build tools and a single-source client database, oversee governance and training for client-facing partners, and lead a team of client oversight managers (including RCE) while liaising with auditors and strengthening business resiliency.
