Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of compensation initiatives, including compensation strategy and business process improvement.
  • •Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues, including contingency planning.
  • •Develop presentation materials to clarify complex issues and propose solutions.
  • •Develop business requirements for building scalable compensation solutions from business processes and use cases.
  • •Coordinate sign-off and manage stakeholder alignment, including functional testing for successful system implementation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 133,200 - 183,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–7+ years of operational experience related to SAAS compensation models (sales compensation experience preferred).
  • •Proven experience working in medium to large organizations with multiple stakeholders and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to drive large projects to completion using formal project/sprint methodologies.
  • •Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams and communicate technical and non-technical concepts by audience.
  • •Strong technical/analytical skills, including manipulating data in Excel (formulas and pivot tables).
