Job Summary

Own Ripple’s global ERG program by managing day-to-day operations and the strategic rhythm across seven global groups. Coordinate an annual in-person ERG Leads onsite summit end to end, provide coaching and guidance to volunteer ERG Leads and Executive Sponsors, and partner cross-functionally with People, HRBPs, Legal, Communications, and Workplace. Manage impact reporting, budget tracking, event calendars, and external DEI partnerships while handling sensitive DEI conversations with discretion and care.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate as the single internal DEI point of contact and own the day-to-day and strategic rhythm of Ripple’s ERG program.
•Manage operational and strategic ownership of seven global ERGs, including governance optimization, events/milestones, impact reporting, and budget tracking.
•Own the annual ERG Leads onsite summit end to end, including agenda, sessions, logistics, and overall experience.
•Coach ERG Leads and advise Executive Sponsors on effective allyship and supporting communities with care.
•Partner cross-functionally and manage external DEI partnerships (e.g., sponsorships, training platforms, and speakers).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in DEI, ERG program management, or HR, with hands-on ownership of programs.

•Judgment to handle sensitive, identity-related conversations and critical issues with discretion and care.
•Cross-functional partnership experience across HR, Legal, Communications, and business teams, plus data literacy for reporting and engagement survey insights.
