Claims Specialist

Handle end-to-end complex and high-value Casualty claims while meeting required SLA’s. You’ll analyse and evaluate claims, maintain accurate reserves, reconcile TPA/policyholder/insurer data, and follow established settlement procedures within claims authority. Serve as a referral point on complex cases, manage relationships with clients, brokers and insurers, and represent Aon Underwriting Managers in meetings. This is a hybrid role based in Redhill.
