Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze procurement data to identify cost savings, supplier consolidation opportunities, and process inefficiencies across hardware, software, and services categories.
  • •Maintain and update procurement databases, vendor records, and contract repositories to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • •Support RFP/RFQ processes by collecting and comparing vendor proposals, pricing, and technical specifications.
  • •Track and report on key procurement KPIs including spend under management, savings realized, and purchase order cycle times.
  • •Coordinate with Finance on purchase requisition approvals, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking.
