Job Summary

Partner with IT and business to deliver HR service solutions in Honeywell’s Digital HR Solutions team. Manage new HR programs and products, translate business goals into project requirements, and oversee implementation with clear success metrics. Drive customer feedback into project development, coordinate with service providers, lead testing through sprint releases, and create/training for self-service portals, while ensuring time systems and related ops issues meet service levels.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand time & attendance/absence systems and integrations with Oracle HCM and payroll systems.
•Translate project goals into business and technical requirements across stakeholders and technical teams.
•Oversee project implementation by setting goals, supporting metrics, and success indicators.
•Incorporate customer feedback into project development and plan for systems roadmap with service providers.
•Lead testing with customers and regional business analysts and create training materials for self-service portal releases.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or an IT/engineering technical discipline.
•4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical analyst on self-service portals, preferably supporting HR systems.
•Solid understanding of SaaS configurations including Oracle HCM, Workforce Dimension or Kronos, SAP, and ADP payroll.
•Excellent written/verbal communication and high-quality report/document preparation.
•Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage conflict, analyze data, and diagnose root causes to drive solutions.
