Operations Technician III - Public Sector

Role focuses on managing and troubleshooting advanced optical transport networks for government-related NOC operations, including DWDM, MPLS, and IP services. You’ll monitor alarms, activate circuits, coordinate with vendors, and lead technical discussions with government customers, while upholding security clearance requirements and working the Denver area on a 3rd shift.
