Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business cases to support delivery of strategic objectives.
  • •Define and execute long-term strategies for major vendors, commercial optimisation and infrastructure simplification.
  • •Provide clear executive reporting, decision support and risk insight to enable timely sponsor and senior-leader decisions.
  • •Lead optimisation planning and execution, ensuring alignment with CTO strategy, target architecture, and operational priorities.
  • •Collaborate with Technology, Procurement, Finance, Risk and Operations to drive cost reduction, simplification and consolidation across the CTO Infrastructure portfolio.

  • •Proven experience driving operational performance and commercial optimisation across finance, workforce and vendor management.
  • •Experience managing complex and large vendor service arrangements, including T&M, managed services, hardware and software, with experience managing $50m+ contracts.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with ability to build effective partnerships across Technology, Procurement, Finance, Risk and Operations.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical and commercial topics clearly and concisely to all levels, including senior leadership.
  • •Track record in technology vendor and/or operations management, ideally within financial services or a large multinational environment.
