Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the positive model end to end by driving strategy and roadmap for defining what traffic is allowed and enforcing it in the request path.
  • •Lead API discovery and inventory so customers can describe intended behavior precisely across the API surfaces they operate.
  • •Turn schemas into enforceable contracts by owning schema definition, generation, and validation as APIs change.
  • •Own request-path enforcement primitives, including ACLs, allowlists, rate limiting, request-path controls, and the gateway that applies them.
  • •Define how Fastly identifies, authorizes, and enforces allowed behavior for agents and MCP servers/endpoints.
