Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop analog/RF transceiver designs for the UWB design group to meet system and product requirements.
  • •Take designs through the full RF transceiver cycle: block architecture, concept, schematic, layout, extracted simulations, tape out, and test/validation.
  • •Design and optimize key PLL/clock and LO systems, including crystal oscillator, integer/fractional PLL, and LO distribution.
  • •Design and validate analog/RF blocks such as LNA, mixers, base-band filters, transmitter stages, and ADC/DAC chains.
  • •Create and integrate calibration and power-management modules (e.g., AGC, PDET, gain/offset/IQMM calibration, low current mode, complex power management) and apply fixes for subsequent tape outs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Completed at least 1 full RF transceiver design cycle: architecture, schematic design, layout design, tape out, test & validation, plus design fixes for subsequent tape outs.
  • •Hands-on design experience across potential RF transceiver blocks such as PLL & clock systems, IF filters/VGA, transmitter, or ADC design.
  • •Ability to collaborate with teams and different functions to drive design execution.
