Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-user-facing engineering squads (roughly half the engineering team) and expand engineering capacity as the company grows.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership to deliver best-in-class software for industrial process data.
  • •Drive engineering execution across discovery/design, QA, support, and Agile/Scrumban delivery.
  • •Own or champion CI/CD and development processes to improve reliability and delivery outcomes.
  • •Mentor and coach teams, resolve conflicts, and influence effectively without relying on hierarchy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Hands-on technical leadership with a track record of contributing meaningfully to technical teams while advancing into leadership.
  • •Experience with distributed computing and deep knowledge of the cloud ecosystem.
  • •Deep knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycles, including Agile (Scrumban), CI/CD, discovery/design, QA, and support.
