Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Verify customer appointments and record customer name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and document existing vehicle damage.
  • •Control service traffic flow and parking, including managing loaner vehicle assignments as needed.
  • •Park vehicles safely after service write-up and retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up, thanking customers for their business.
