Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the end-to-end vulnerability management service, ensuring identification, prioritisation, remediation, and governance across the enterprise.
  • •Define enterprise vulnerability management policies, frameworks, and playbooks, aligned to industry best practices and Dyson’s needs.
  • •Ensure asset discovery, inventory assurance, and scanning coverage across global IT, cloud, and OT assets, including scan tuning and automation.
  • •Implement vulnerability identification and validation workflows to reduce noise/false positives and deliver actionable alerts to engineering teams.
  • •Run service delivery operations: manage SLAs/KPIs/backlog and remediation workflows, build dashboards/insights, and influence remediation across engineering and platform teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •7–10+ years of cybersecurity experience with a strong focus on vulnerability management, security operations, or risk management in enterprise environments.
  • •Proven experience improving vulnerability management programs at scale, including ownership of tooling, governance, and remediation outcomes.
  • •Hands-on experience with vulnerability management platforms such as Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7, including scanning and scan optimization.
  • •Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC) are highly desirable, along with experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional delivery.
