Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach tellers to ensure efficient, accurate performance of teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a banker when appropriate.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, observing, coaching, and overseeing operational standards.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls; balance cash drawer within guidelines.
  • •Support branch manager onboarding and training, and participate in in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •3+ years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •3+ years of experience in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork, with strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks.
