Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct on-hand inventories, place orders, and enforce standards for ordering and receiving for culinary food services concept areas.
  • •Receive and inspect daily deliveries, reconcile invoices, and submit purchase orders for food and equipment vendors.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records and manage porters to handle food deliveries, cleanliness, and surrounding-area upkeep.
  • •Manage staff scheduling, payroll, attendance, annual performance reviews, and ongoing coaching and development; ensure training and credentials stay current.
  • •Support events and daily operations by moving equipment, setting up and resetting event spaces, monitoring equipment/asset management, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Requirements
