Job Summary

Own and improve electrical distribution system capacity and reliability as part of the PGDM Facilities operations team. Lead electrical system modeling and keep facility power system models up to date while troubleshooting outages and disturbances. Apply statistical process control, design of experiments, and structured problem solving to optimize performance. Support electrical project execution, commissioning, maintenance, testing, documentation control (CAD/as-builts), and electrical design reviews for semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own, sustain, and improve facility electrical system capacity through operational troubleshooting, upgrade evaluation, and optimization.
•Act as System Owner for the electrical distribution system by modeling the electrical power system and tracking changes.
•Troubleshoot electrical system problems, conduct breaker coordination and arc flash studies, and provide electrical load and capacity data.
•Deliver operational efficiency improvements via maintenance, testing, commissioning, and recovery support during outages and disturbances (including some travel and occasional weekend support).
•Review and approve electrical designs for manufacturing, maintain electrical documentation control (CAD/as-builts/O&M/submittals), and coordinate external consultant CAD support for project closeout.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelors or master’s degree in electrical engineering with 6+ years of experience (or related field).
•Experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations, including medium/high voltage power, load flow analysis, electrical system modeling, and short circuit calculations.
•Experience coordinating electrical projects (advantage).
•Knowledge of energy management at high volume facilities (advantage).
•Strong ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications; excellent written and oral communication.
