Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end implementations of functional workstreams (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management) from project start to production go-live.
  • •Introduce our AI-enabled procurement solutions by tailoring AI behavior to the client’s business context using procurement domain knowledge and natural language prompts.
  • •Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect during design, providing best practices, product demos, Fit-Gap analyses, and full functional ownership of the design document.
  • •Work with Solution Architects to share best practices with customers/partners and take full functional responsibility for the design documentation.
  • •Support partners during implementation through design feedback and configuration reviews to ensure milestones are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • •At least 5 years of functional experience in Procurement, SRM or Supply Chain
  • •Experience with software/SaaS implementation projects is a plus
  • •Proven ability to drive digital transformation using cloud procurement platforms and to leverage natural language to control AI/automation tools
  • •Strong client/partner relationship management, workshop facilitation, and trusted advisor capabilities
