Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure comprehensive, safe patient care by mitigating risks and meeting clinical quality standards.
  • •Manage the client experience.
  • •Provide direct patient care and support clinical risk mitigation and care coordination.
  • •Empower and build staff competence through continuous assessment and development, including mentorship for new and student nurses.
