Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as first point of contact for the UK Benefits inbox, responding to employee queries and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • •Track benefits queries and usage data, manage benefits invoice administration, and update master trackers in line with process requirements.
  • •Administer employee reimbursement benefit requests in Workday, validating applications and following up on missing information.
  • •Run regular Workday and benefits system reports, reconcile data, and follow up on missing or inaccurate information.
  • •Maintain compensation and global benefits inbox support, keep compensation records and process guides up to date, and assist with onboarding benefits coordination and related initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including organizing data and using spreadsheets for tracking and basic analysis.
  • •Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), including managing shared inboxes and setting up diary invites on Zoom and Teams.
  • •Clear, professional written and verbal communication, with a friendly, concise style for responding to employee queries.
  • •Strong organization and time management to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience in an HR, benefits, compensation, or senior administrative support role, with basic understanding of employee benefits and compensation concepts.
