Senior Design Engineer

Transform customer needs into detailed AV system designs, documentation, and proposal support. Partner with Account Managers to understand requirements, assess risks, and communicate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences. Lead complex pre-sales and project design work as a design authority, coordinating with vendors and contractors while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers to ensure accuracy and best practices. Ensure designs include infrastructure planning, scopes of work, and validated pre-construction documentation.
