Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand installation and repair requirements and forecast issues, materials, and on-site work schedules.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems and equipment at customer locations.
  • •Use hand tools, blueprints/engineering specifications, and air conditioning and mechanical knowledge to commission, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements
