Job Summary

Support and evolve the SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) platform by assisting with playbooks, workflows, and integrations. Help identify repetitive security operations tasks and implement automation to improve incident response speed. Partner with security analysts, write and maintain technical documentation, and support routine SOAR maintenance such as updates, tool migrations, and logging changes to strengthen Take-Two’s security operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining SOAR playbooks, workflows, and integrations under senior team guidance.
•Identify repetitive manual security operations tasks and help implement automation to improve response speeds.
•Collaborate with security analysts to understand their workflows and build your technical skills.
•Create and maintain clear documentation for automation workflows, scripts, and tool integrations.
•Support basic SOAR platform maintenance including routine updates, tool migrations, and logging system changes.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in a security engineering level role, with prior SOC analyst or IT support technician experience as a plus.
•Strong understanding of core security concepts and exposure to SOAR, SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
•Foundational scripting skills in Python (or similar languages) to read, troubleshoot, and write basic scripts for API integrations.
•Analytical mindset to break down manual workflows into step-by-step processes and automate them.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document workflows and collaborate effectively.
