Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist and support the Facilities Manager/clients with day-to-day operational management of all FM hard services, ensuring facilities are safe and fully maintained.
  • •Oversee maintenance activities and coordinate vendors/contractors, including housekeeping and soft services compliance with safety guidelines.
  • •Manage contract service delivery performance, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and preventing penalties/deductions; monitor monthly using client evaluation forms and resolve/escalate issues.
  • •Plan and execute induction and continuous training for new staff, record training, and manage resource utilization and staff meetings/briefings.
  • •Coordinate procurement of materials/services/projects, manage specialist contractors/vendors, and support timely invoice raising with central Admin and Finance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 3 to 5 years delivering service for structured contracts with SLA/KPI requirements.
  • •Knowledge of CAFM systems with effective implementation of full modules.
  • •Certification preferred (IOSH/NEBOSH and CFM).
  • •Driving license is mandatory, with strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and report writing skills.
