Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily live quality inspections for fruits and vegetables at the warehouse.
  • •Verify product compliance with company specifications, food safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • •Assess freshness and appearance attributes, packaging condition, temperature, and shelf life.
  • •Monitor handling, storage, hygiene practices, and cold chain compliance; identify defects and contamination risks and report deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food Science, Agriculture, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in quality assurance within fresh fruits and vegetables operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of fresh produce quality parameters, specifications, handling practices, and food safety protocols.
  • •Familiarity with food safety management systems and relevant standards.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with strong communication and reporting (Microsoft Office and Excel).
