Hardware Lab Lead II

Lead onsite operations across multiple Tucson hardware engineering labs by managing lab operating procedures, Environmental Health & Safety implementation, and property/metrology responsibilities. Oversee audit and assessment preparation, support corrective action planning and long-range lab objectives, and manage budgets and cost analysis. Handle lab purchase requests through SAP, SRM, and Vallen while coordinating with supply chain. Ensure safeguarding of classified/proprietary materials and provide stakeholder communication and guidance.
