Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate internal and customer incident investigations using formal root cause analysis and coordinate corrective solutions.
  • •Monitor and enforce company and government regulations for Good Manufacturing Practices and sanitation requirements.
  • •Inspect equipment and rooms for cleanliness/sanitation readiness and support additional cleaning as needed.
  • •Review and assist with compiling quality and statistical data (CCP, PC, QA, Operational checks) and perform positive release.
  • •Lead audit preparedness and serve as the primary site quality leader for internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits; lead and coach QA professionals.

Key Requirements

  • •College diploma or BS degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of relevant quality experience in a production environment (food manufacturing preferred).
  • •Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot problems and develop corrective solutions.
  • •Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
