Oversee design, verification, sustainment, and test strategy, mentor engineers, ensure alignment with engineering processes, and support bids and technical planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership and managerial oversight for multidisciplinary teams developing PCB hardware, RF/digital/analog electronics, mechanical components, and specialized test equipment.
•Oversee PCB development activities including schematic capture, layout oversight, component selection, signal/power integrity, and design reviews.
•Provide technical direction for RF, analog, and digital circuit design, including hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and optimization.
•Oversee mechanical component development, including enclosures, packaging, thermal solutions, and hardware-mechanical integration.
•Manage development of test equipment and automated test/validation strategies supporting verification and manufacturing, and drive predictable program performance, staffing, and performance management.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
•Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
•U.S. citizenship is required for authorization under this program/contract.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required by program needs.
•Experience leading multidisciplinary hardware teams through full development lifecycles is preferred.
