Key Responsibilities

•Work with program and engineering leadership to develop program execution plans (schedule, budget, staffing) for complex projects.
•Own engineering execution to budget, schedule, and scope as the primary technical interface to the customer and business leadership.
•Define product scope and requirements, develop system architecture and design, and lead integration and verification across multiple systems.
•Plan and manage project budget, schedule, and scope, including bidding and planning processes.
•Collaborate across integrated project teams (engineering, program management, operations, finance, contracts, and business development) to achieve program objectives and drive predictable performance.
