Agent, Client Experience Operations - Collections (Remote - Fixed Term Contract)

Manage end-to-end collections and recoveries cases with empathy, handling sensitive conversations related to negative balances, failed deposits, and reversed transfers. Investigate why accounts go into the red, map resolution paths, and help set repayment plans. Partner with Operations and Product to identify trends and improve systems that prevent future issues, while working full-time remotely in Canada within a 6-month fixed-term contract.
