Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate cross-team efforts to keep DEV/SIT/CAT environments available, stable, and release/test ready.
  • •Manage environment change activities (configuration, refreshes, access, deployments) and follow governance/compliance processes.
  • •Create/manage ServiceNow requests/incidents and open/track vendor support cases to drive resolution.
  • •Coordinate patching, vulnerability remediation, and system upgrades, including schedules, testing, and risk/escalation tracking.
  • •Lead high-severity incident management (triage, communications, restoration, and post-incident actions) and maintain technical artifacts and monitoring improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or 4 additional years of relevant work experience if not).
  • •3+ years of experience in environment/application operations across DEV/SIT/CAT/PROD on-prem and cloud.
  • •Strong SQL skills (complex queries/joins; performance awareness) across Oracle/Cloudera/DataStax or similar platforms.
  • •Hands-on Linux/UNIX operations and shell scripting for troubleshooting and maintenance/automation.
  • •Proficiency with ServiceNow (incidents/requests) and experience with monitoring/log analysis using Splunk Enterprise.
