Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure financial disclosures for accountable legal entities comply with tax and accounting internal/external regulations and group E,S,&C principles.
  • •Oversee timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting against group and regulatory deadlines.
  • •Monitor balance sheet accounts and ensure proper reconciliations are implemented by Finance Factory.
  • •Monitor profit and loss accounts and ensure correct bookkeeping for reliable reporting and profitability assessment.
  • •Coordinate external audits and manage internal audits and control development to enhance governance and reduce risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Ensure periodic financial reporting is timely and compliant with accounting, tax, and legal requirements.
  • •Drive consistency and appropriateness of accounting methods across Finance Factory in line with internal rules.
  • •Provide financial analysis by monitoring balance sheet reconciliations and P&L bookkeeping accuracy.
  • •Coordinate tax submissions and escalate risks requiring mitigation actions, including coordinating ad hoc tax audits.
  • •Ensure execution of internal audits, develop controls and guidelines, and close findings to mitigate governance risks.
