Job Summary

Manage EMC/EMI qualification testing for products and subsystems at a world-class EMI test facility. Coordinate schedules, test readiness activities, documentation (plans, procedures, reports, photo/logs, configuration files), and cross-functional technical reviews. Support pre-qualification and qualification testing to MIL-STD-461 and DO-160, review test data, assist troubleshooting, and communicate with internal and external customer teams to ensure compliance and engineering rigor.

Key Responsibilities

•Support EMI projects through design considerations, requirements alignment, and participation in technical reviews.
•Coordinate EMI testing, including schedules, test readiness, and required documentation.
•Develop and update EMI test plans, procedures, and reports with accuracy, consistency, and repeatability.
•Maintain and coordinate test documentation (datasheets, data files, photo logs, configuration files) throughout testing.
•Review test data for accuracy and assist with troubleshooting; provide internal and external customer communication during the testing lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance (Secret).
•Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
•Independently manage multiple EMC/EMI projects and technical tasks in a test facility environment.
•Experience with circuit board and Radio Frequency (RF) design, including schematic capture tools and collaboration with PCB/layout designers.
•Experience applying military aerospace testing standards such as DO-160, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-704.
