Job Summary

Lead end-to-end consulting programs for Visa clients across the Andean region within VCA Implementation Services. Partner with Visa teams and client stakeholders to shape frameworks and methodologies, develop and deliver high-quality consultancy engagements, and manage delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Use Visa data assets, proprietary analytics, and digital platforms to drive payment volume, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies while acting as a trusted strategic business partner.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand clients’ business objectives, needs, and plans, and bring valuable insights.
•Identify opportunities to improve and help clients grow their business.
•Develop and propose strategies and business solutions, managing delivery of high-quality consultancy engagements in the Andean sub region.
•Manage internal and external project team members and coordinate consultants and subject matter experts toward shared goals.
•Drive successful delivery of complex, multi-project initiatives and shape implementation frameworks and methodologies.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•Senior-level experience in strategy/management consulting with proven project deliveries and consulting methodologies.
•Experience with project management, including managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
•Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to frame customer opportunities in financial terms and provide recommendations.
•Exposure to retail banking/payment card industry and/or merchant retail business, including knowledge of payments, loyalty, co-branding, digital marketing, and security/risk management.
